Referrals
Physician offices can submit referrals in one of two ways:
Call our office and speak to one of our Intake Coordinators at (281) 997-8509
Fill out and submit our Intake form via email (intake.dept@riverkidstexas.com) or fax (888) 449-0039
Families can complete our online New Patient Information form that will be submitted electronically.
Once we receive your referral, you will be contacted via Email with an update on the status of your request. Feel free to contact our office at 281-997-8509 if you have any questions or concerns.
